    Over 300 runners and walkers of all ages gathered in Waynesboro to participate in the first Westwood Hills Dash With A Splash, where runners received a colorful dousing in earth-friendly chalk at various checkpoints throughout the 5k and 1-mile courses.  Race finishers were all smiles, adorned in a rainbow of shades.
